金属烤瓷修复体的临床应用

Clinical Applications of Porcelain Fused Metal Dummy(PFMD)

目的：观察金属烤瓷修复体的修复疗效，并对其适应症的选择和制作中应注意的问题进行探讨；方法：对１７例患者制作了２１件金属烤瓷修复体；结果：除１例失败重做外，其余均一次修复成功，经临床追踪观察１年，效果满意１４件，基本满意６件；结论：严格选择适应症，掌握操作要点，提高制作技术，是获得满意的金属烤瓷修复体的关键。

Objectives: To observe the repairing effects of porcelain fused metal dummy(PFMD) and inquire into the choice of indications and the making of PFMD. Method: 21 PFMD were made for 17 cases. Results: Most cases were successfully repaired except one. Of 21 cases who were followed up for one year, 14 cases reached a satisfactory effect and six cases came next. Conclusions: The success of PFMD depends upon a strict selection of indications, a good command of manipulating keys and an improvement of making skills.
