糖尿病患者人工晶体植入术的体会

Experience of Intraocular LensImplantation on Diabetic Patients

目的：对糖尿病患者白内障摘除人工晶体植入术前血糖水平与术后视力观察。方法：对２１例糖尿病患者２３只眼白内障摘除并人工晶体植入术后观察４～４０个月。结果：术后矫正视力４０～４５５只眼占１３％；≥４６以上者１８只眼占８７％，无明显并发症。结论：糖尿病已不是人工晶体植入的禁忌症，术前应结合病人血糖选择手术，将血糖控制在正常或接近正常范围内。

Objective:To observe the level of blood glucose before ECCE+IOL implantation and visual improvement after the operation.Method:23 eyes of 21 diabetic patients were observed after ECCE+IOL implantation and followed up for 4-40 months.Result:Corrected vision has shown 4.0～4.5 improvement in 5 eyes(13%),≥4.6 improvement in 18 eyes(87%).No severe complication was seen.Conclusion:Diabetes is not a contraindication of IOL implantation.The pre-operative level of blood glucose should decide the operation time.It is safe for the operation when the level of blood glucose decreases to normal or close to normal range.
