30例新生儿颅内出血CT诊断分析

Analysis on CT Diagnosis of Endocranial Hemorrhage in 30 Newborns

目的：探讨新生儿颅内出血早期诊断手段。方法：对１９９７年１月－１９９８年６月因难产、窒息、早产而住院的新生儿进行头颅ＣＴ检查。结果：ＣＴ确诊新生儿颅内出血３０例。

Objective:To explore the methods of early diagnosis on endocranial hemorrhage in newborns.Method:Skull CT scanning was performed on the newborns of difficult labour,prematurity,and asphyxia from January 1997 to June 1998.Result:30 cases of endocranial hemorrhage were detected.Conclusion:CT scanning is of great value in detecting endocranial hemorrhage.
