摘要
目的：为避免临床造成更多的原发性干燥综合征的误诊。方法：对临床上造成误诊的５例原发性干燥综合征进行分析。结果：以各系统损害为首发症状的患者就诊时均有不同程度的口、眼干燥的表现。结论：提高对原发性干燥综合征的认识和警惕极为重要。
Objective: To avoid misdiagnosis of the primary Sjoegren’s syndrome (SS) in the course of clinical treatment. Methods: Five cases of SS misdiagnosis were analyzed. Results: The patients with systemic lesion as the primary symptom had different appearance in their eyes and mouths. Conclusion: Recognition and identification of SS is of great importance.
