B型超声对肾上腺肿瘤的诊断

Diagnosis of B-mode Ultrasongraphy for Adrenal Tumors

目的：分析Ｂ型超声对肾上腺肿瘤的诊断效果，探讨各类肿瘤的声像图特征。方法：对１９８６年１月～１９９８年１０月经Ｂ超诊断，手术、病理、ＣＴ、ＭＩＲ证实的１９例肾上腺肿瘤患者资料回顾分析。结果：超声的定位准确率为９５％。对于较小的肿瘤，超声似优于ＣＴ；太大的肿瘤定位、超声亦增加了一定的难度。定性诊断本组资料为８４％。结论：超声是诊断肾上腺肿瘤的重要手段之一。

Objective: To analyze the diagnostic value of B-mode ultrasonography for adrenal tumors and to explore the utrasonogram characteristics of different adrenal tumors.Methods:To analyze 19 cases of adrenal tumors diagnosed by B-mode ultrasonography and confirmed by operation,pathology,CT and MIR,who were in our hospital from January,1986 to October,1998.Results:THe result showd that diagnostic correct rate of B-mode ultrasonography for localization and natures of adrenal tumors were 95% and 84%,respectively.Ultrasound was superior to CT in finding the small size of tumors.In the enormous size of the tumors,locating tumors in adrenal became even more difficult by ultrasound.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is one of important means for the diagnosis of adrenal tumors.
