丽江纳西族中小学生视力状况调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis on the Eyesight of Primary and Middle School Students of Naxi Nationality in Lijiang

目的：探讨纳西族中小学生视力不良现状及规律，为防治提供依据。方法：１９９５年全国体质健康调研丽江县７～１８岁中小学生视力检查结果分析，与１９９１年和１９８５年资料比较。结果：１９９５年纳西族中小学生视力不良率为３５２４％，女生高于男生，高中较初中增长快，明显高于初中和小学的增长，随着年龄增大，中、重度增长非常迅速。１９９１与１９８５年比较年递增０７２％，１９９５年与１９９１年比较年递增５００％，十年间年递增２４３％。纳西族学生还是全国十三个少数民族中视力不良和增长率最高的。结论：学生视力不良率近年来增长非常严重，应采取综合性防治措施。

Objective: To study the situation and regular pattern of the students of Naxi Nationality and provide basis for prevention. Methods: The results and analysis of eyesight examination done by national physique and health investigation in 1995 to the students in Lijiang ranging in age from 7 to 18 were compared with the data of 1991 and 1985. Results: The poor eyesight rate of the students was 35.24%, of which that of the girls was higher than that of the boys, and that of senior students increased faster than that of junior students. During the past ten years, the rate of annual increase was 2.43%. And the poor eyesight rate and the increasing rate of Naxi students were the highest among the 13 national minorities in the country. Conclusion: Since the rate of poor eyesight has been increasing rapidly, it of essential to take comprehensive measures for prevention.
