摘要
目的：观察多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺、立其丁等药物对难治性心衰的治疗效果。方法：停用洋地黄糖甙，改用多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺与立其丁等药综合治疗。结果：３８例难治性心衰病例心功能均不同程度得到恢复。结论：多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺与立其丁等药联合治疗难治性心衰疗效显著。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of Dopamine,Dobutamine and Rigitine in intractable heart failure.Methods: To stop the using of Digitoxin, and take Dopamine, Dobutamine and Rigitine instead.Result:The heart functions of all patients were recovered in various degrees.Conclusion:There is a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of intractable heart failure with Dopamine,Dobutamine and Rigitine.
