摘要
目的：探讨后牙纵折修复治疗的临床效果。方法：对４０例４０颗纵折后牙，进行断缝处理，复位固定，调牙合，配合口腔内科完善的牙髓治疗及牙周治疗。及时进行全冠修复。结果：经过１～２年的临床观察，效果良好。结论：及时固定纵折牙体，对折裂缝进行有效的处理，彻底的牙髓治疗及牙周治疗，之后进行全冠修复，是保存此患牙的关键。
Objective: To study the clinical therapeutic effect of the prosthesis of longitudinal fracture posterior teeth.Methods:40 teeth of longitudinal fracture posterior teeth were fixed.After pulp treatment and periodontal treatment, selection grinding and restoration of crown were given. Results: After 12 years clinical observation, the results showed that we can use crown restore longitudinal fracture posterior teeth and get good clinical results. Conclusion: The key to treat these teeth is fixing them in time, perfect pulp and periodontal treatment on fracture.
