摘要
目的：研究拇指深度烧伤创面的修复方法。方法：对８例拇指电烧伤有肌腱、骨外露的创面用食指背侧岛状皮瓣进行修复。结果：８例皮瓣全部成活，该皮瓣带有桡神经浅支分出的指背神经，皮瓣转移后感觉恢复快，皮瓣厚度适宜，质地柔软，经１～２年随访，病人感到满意。结论：食指背侧岛状皮瓣血供可靠、成活率高、安全性大、手术操作简便、对供瓣区功能影响小，是修复拇指小面积皮肤缺损的良好方法。
Objective:To study the restoration of the wound surface in the deep burn of thumbs.Method:The wound surface in the deep electric burn of the thumbs with exposure of tendon and bone was successfully restored by using the island-like flaps of black index fingers.Results:The transplantation of all the flaps in 8 cases is successful with the growth of radial nerve branches and the fast recovery of feeling.All the patients are satisfied with the transplantation.Conclusion:The island-like flap transplantation of black index fingers is satisfactory in the restoration of the small-area burned wound of thumbs.It is a simple, reliable and safe method with a high survival rate.
