异体巩膜额肌悬吊治疗上脸下垂

Application of Suspending Allogenic Sclera on ForeheadMuscle in the Treatment of Up-eyelid Prolapse

目的：通过异体巩膜额肌悬吊术改进上睑下垂原手术方式及悬吊材料，使上睑下垂手术治疗效果更好。方法：应用异体巩膜额肌悬吊术治疗１４例上睑下垂患者，并和阔筋膜进行了比较，此种术式较其它术式操作简便。结果：手术能够使上睑下垂得到矫正，适用于各种类型尤其是提上睑肌无功能的上睑下垂患者。结论：异体巩膜用于额肌悬吊术治疗上睑下垂是切实可行的，是一种较为理想的悬吊材料。

Objective:To improve the operating method for the up-eyelid prolapse.Methods:The operating method of suspending allogenic sclera on the forehead muscle was used in 14 cases and its therapeutic effect was then compared with that of widening tendon membrane.Results:The operating method introduced in this paper is relatively simple and it has a wide indication realm, which especially applies to the cases who are not able to lift the up-eyelid muscle. Conclusion:Allogenic sclera is an ideal suspending material and the suspending of allogenic sclera on forehead muscle is an effective way in the treatment of up-eyelid prolapse.
