摘要
目的：探讨肺心病患者的心电图改变。方法：对１９６例肺心病患者的心电图进行分析。结果：１９６例中心电图异常者１８７例，达总数的９５４％，其中ＰｔｆＶ１异常者达１６３％。结论：肺心病可产生多种心电图异常，其中肺心病ＰｔｆＶ１异常应引起重视。
Objective:To investigate ECG changes of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Method:Analyzing the ECG of 196 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Results: Of 196 cases,954% of cases(187 patients) showed abnormal ECG changes including 163% of abnormal Ptf Vl.Conclusion: Chronic pulmonary heart disease can bring about a series of abnormal ECG changes in which Ptf Vl should be taken seriously.
