摘要
为提高人工发放RFID卡和纸质业务单证效率,解决多出卡、故障高等缺陷,针对港口运输研制了大、中、小型货车自动发卡装置。新装置在机械设计上使用导轨滚动丝杆机构,增加发卡装置的稳定性和可靠性,减少发卡故障;控制系统采用负反馈及双重保护功能,增加系统的容错性和异常处理能力,使用C语言程序设计,提高了系统的精度,减少了系统响应时间,电机采用PMW波控制,设计电路有柔性接口,功能模块化,便于安装、维修、功能扩展,能满足港口管理的工作要求。
In order to improve the efficiency of RFID card printing and paper business documents, solve the problem of multiple cards and high failure, the paper developed a large, medium and small truck automatic card issuing device for port transportation. The new device is used in the mechanical design of roiling wire rod mechanism, increase the stability and reliability of the device, reduce the card fault; control system uses negative feedback and dual protection function, increase system fault tolerance and exception handling ability, using C language program design, improve the system accuracy, reduce the system response time, motor using PMW wave control, design circuit has flexible interface, function modular, easy to install, maintenance, functional expansion, can meet the requirements of port management.
