摘要 为了探究高强度镀锌螺栓扭矩衰减机理,进行扭矩衰减控制分析。以高强度镀锌螺栓为研究对象,对螺栓进行受力分析,建立判定扭矩衰减失效的数学模型;针对软连接装配,基于扭矩衰减控制方法即降低拧紧转速或分步拧紧,利用ATLAS电动拧紧系统,采用不同装配方法对螺栓进行拧紧对比试验,经过耐久试验结果表明扭矩失效准则能够有效判断装配连接的可靠性。因此,在软连接实际装配过程中,改变拧紧策略对保证螺栓联接可靠性具有重要意义。 In order to explore the mechanism of high-strength bolt torque attenuation, the torque attenuation control analysis is carried out. In this paper, the stress analysis of high-strength galvanized bolts is carried out to establish a mathematical model for determining the torque attenuation failure. For soft connection assembly, the torque control method is adopted to reduce the tightening speed or step by step, and the ATLAS electric power system is used.Using different methods of assembly bolts tightened comparison test, after durability test results show that the torque failure criterion to judge the reliability of the assembly can be effectively connected.Therefore, in the actual assembly process of soft connection, it is important to change the tightening strategy to guarantee the reliability of the bolt connection.
