摘要
遥控误操作会造成设备非计划停运,引发停电事故,降低电网的供电可靠性。操作票制度是电力系统运行管理中防止误操作的一种有效安全措施。操作票的正确填写、审核及执行是决定是否发生误操作的重要因素。提出一种调控一体智能防误操作票系统,建立调度、监控操作票统一管理、统一监护的智能操作票平台。该系统在济南电网的实际应用验证了其可以有效提升电网调控管理水平和电网安全运行水平。
Incorrect operation can cause unplanned outage of equipment, blackout accident, and reduce the power supply reliability. Operation-ticket institution is an effective measure to prevent incorrect operation in the power system operation. The correctness of operation-tickets is an important factor to determine whether the error occurred. An integrative dispatching and controlling operation-tickets system is proposed, which building a platform for unified management and supervision of dispatching and control operation-tickets. The practical application in Jinan power grid verifies that it can effectively improve the management and safety level of power dispatching and control.
