摘要
在循环流化床锅炉(CFB)中添加石灰石作为脱硫剂可以有效减少SO2排放。然而添加石灰石脱硫之后将对燃烧产物计算、灰平衡和锅炉热效率等产生影响。为此,对添加石灰石后的各种影响进行理论分析,提出相应的计算方法和对热效率影响的判据,使锅炉热效率计算尽可能符合锅炉实际运行情况,同时也可为锅炉安全稳定运行提供参考。
The limestone addition used as desulfurizer in CFB boilers provides a relatively environmentally benign method to control the emission of S02. However the sulfur retention procedure obviously gains effects on calculation of combustion products, ash balance and boiler thermal efficiency: A detailed theoretical analysis of all effects mentioned above is proposed, corresponding calculation method and the criterion of the impact on boiler thermal efficiency are presented. So as to make the boiler thermal calculation meets the practical operation as much as possible, and provides reference for safe and stable boiler operation.
