摘要 针对邹县发电厂3号机组负荷波动问题,对DEH系统控制回路、负荷控制回路等动态控制品质进行试验。结果表明,造成机组负荷波动原因为DEH调节系统中阀门管理特性曲线参数设置与机组大修后现场实际不对应,阀门开度与通过阀门的蒸汽流量不对应。通过在线试验对阀门流量特性曲线函数进行修正,负荷波动问题明显改善。 For the problem of load fluctuation of No.3 unit in Zouxian power plant, various dynamic quality control tests were carried out regarding the DEH servo control circuit, load control circuit, etc. Results show that load fluctuation of the unit was caused by the poor correspondence between DEH regulating system in valve management characteristic curve parameters setting and the unit overhaul after the actual site, and the poor correspondence between the valve opening and flow of steam through the valve. By means of modifying the valve flow function, the load fluctuation is improved obviously.
