摘要
针对目前材料市场的多变性与项目材料采购管理中存在的不适应性,通过分析工程项目材料采购过程中存在的采购成本、供应商的综合实力、采购人员素质差异和管理制度不完善等问题,从调查寻找适合的采购模式,选择最优供应商并加强管理,把握工程大环境、规避采购风险等方面提出改进材料采购成本和加强采购管理的办法,以利提升材料采购工作质量水平。
In view of the current material market variability and the project material procurement management of the status quo is not adaptive,the paper analyzes the problems in engineering project material procurement process,such as procurement costs,suppliers comprehensive strength,the quality of procurement staff and the difference of the management system is not perfect,proposes the methods to solve the material procurement cost and strengthen purchasing management,in order to ensure material procurement work smoothly.
