广西罗城一洞锡矿铜镍矿可选性试验研究

Experimental Study on Beneficiability of copper-nickel ore in Luocheng County,Guangxi

文章针对罗城一洞锡矿铜镍矿提出合理的选矿工艺流程、分选条件、药剂制度及最佳的选矿指标,为选厂处理该类矿石提供科学依据。原矿含Ni 0.64%,含铜0.33%,镍铜精矿含Ni 6.0%~6.2%,含铜3.96%~4.7%,铜镍金属回收率分别高达80%~81%、93%94%。该选矿指标与某研究所提供的同类矿石的选矿指标相比,在产品质量相近情况下,镍铜回收率都高出10%左右。

The article put forward reasonable beneficiation process,separation conditions,reagent system and the best beneficiation indexes,for the processing plant and provide a scientific basis for this kind of ore processing In Luocheng hole copper nickel ore.The Raw ore contains 0.64% of Ni,0.33% of Cu,Nickel copper concentrate contains 6.0%~6.2% of Ni,3.96%~4.7% of Cu,metal recovery rate of Copper and nickel is up to 80%~81%,93%~94%.Compared with the mineral processing indexes of the similar ore provided by the Research Institute,the recovery rate of nickel and copper is about 10% higher than that of the product quality.
