摘要
文章从梅钢公司青年技术业务人才队伍现状入手,采用问卷调查和非正式走访的方式,分析梅钢公司青年技术业务人员队伍中显现的特质、展现的优势和存在的问题,深入了解与分析其职业发展愿景和需求以及影响因素,并结合企业发展对人才的需求,提出管理对策和建议,为梅钢公司进一步促进效率提升,深化青年技术业务队伍人力资源开发与培养,盘活现有青年技术业务人力资源提供参考。
The paper analyzes the current situation of the young technology talent of Meishan iron and steel with a questionnaire survey and informal interview,gets the trait,advantages and problems of the young technology team finds the influences of their career development.And then the paper puts forward some strategies according to the talent need of the enterprise,which offers a reference for the efficiency improvement of the enterprise and the development and training of human resources.
