摘要 卢尚岭教授认为心气亏虚与肝气郁滞相合,招致内外邪侵犯脏腑,发为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病;提出"益心气,调肝用"的独到见解,重在益心气,人参或党参、麦冬、五味子等,调肝用,柴胡、白芍、枳实、郁金、香附等,佐以行气活血、消食导滞,丹参、川芎、茯苓、泽泻、蒲公英、焦三仙及鸡内金等。在组方遣药配伍注意宣降药味、剂量比例,要抓主要病机,不能见瘀只化瘀,而不知瘀从何来;见痰湿只化痰祛湿,而不知痰湿从何来;应从根源上解决问题,标本兼治,邪祛正安。 Professor LU Shangling hold the views that a better mousetrap Qi deficiency and liver stasis, resulting in internal and external evil infringement of Zang-fu organs, hair for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease lead to internal and external evil invasion of the Zang-fu organs, hair for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; put forward "Yiqi, regulating the liver" insights, Emphasis on good mood, Ginseng or codonopsis, dwarf lilyturf, the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine, Adjust the liver function,radix bupleuri, radix paeoniae alba, acidinsoluble ash, turmeric, perfume, etc., cooperation with Qi and blood circulation, digestion and stagnation, salvia, chuanxiong rhizome, poria, alisma, dandelion, charred triplet and gallus gallus domesticus and other.
