补肾解郁汤联合基础治疗老年高血压抑郁状态随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察补肾解郁汤联合内科基础治疗老年高血压抑郁状态疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例基础治疗,改善生活方式(低盐低脂饮食、晨练身体、良好作息习惯等)、调脂、降压、抗血小板聚集等。治疗组45例补肾解郁汤(桑寄生、女贞子各15g,淫羊藿、柴胡各12g,当归15g,赤芍12g,茯苓15g,白术9g,薄荷6g,天麻12g,钩藤、牛膝各15g,甘草6g),水煎400m L,200m L/次,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、HAMD评分、IL-6、血清CRP、不良反应。连续治疗4个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]中医证候治疗组痊愈16例,显效15例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率95.6%。对照组痊愈14例,显效13例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率77.8%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMD评分、CRP、IL-6两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾解郁汤联合内科基础治疗老年高血压抑郁状态,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the kidney resolve depression soup combined internal medicine foundation treatment of senile hypertension depression effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method, 90 cases of hospitalized patients by pathography number the draw method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Control group 45 cases of internal foundation treatment, improve the way of life, such as low salt, low fat diet and exercise the body, have a good habit of, etc.）, lipid, antihypertensive, anti platelet aggregation, etc.Treatment group 45 cases of kidney resolve depression soup, mulberry parasitism, fructus ligustri lucidi each 15 g, 12 g, epimedium herb, radix bupleuri, radix angelicae sinensis 15 g, 12 g, red paeony root, tuckahoe, 15 g atractylodes 9g, mint 6g, 12 g gastrodia elata, uncaria, achyranthes each 15 g, licorice root 6g, fried 400 m L water, 200 m L/time, sooner or later, oral;western medicine treatment with the control group.For treatment of 8 weeks for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms, HAMD scores, IL-6, serum CRP, adverse reactions.Continuous four courses of treatment, judge curative effect.[Results]The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group healed in 16 cases, 15 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.6%.The control group recovered 14 cases,13 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 77.8%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.HAMD score, CRP, IL- 6 improved treatment group（treatment group is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Kidney resolve depression soup combined internal medicine foundation treatment of senile hypertension depression, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
