三仁汤联合红霉素软膏治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮随机平行对照研究

San Ren Tang Combined with Erythromycin Ointment in the Treatment of Acne Spleen Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察三仁汤联合红霉素软膏治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组;红霉素软膏局部外用,适量,早晚各一次。对照组30例维胺酯,25mg/次,3次/d。治疗组30例三仁汤(杏仁15g,飞滑石18g,白通草、白蔻仁、竹叶、厚朴各6g,生薏苡仁18g,半夏15g;热毒重加龙胆草3g;血热加生地20g,丹皮、赤芍各10g;皮损感染加连翘、蒲公英、紫花地丁各12g;皮损潮红者加紫草12g;皮脂溢出多重用生薏苡仁110g,加泽泻、决明子各35g;皮损以血疹为主伴有瘙痒加刺蒺藜12g,防风6g;大便秘结加生大黄6g;月经不调加当归、丹参各12g)1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。主要症状疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]三仁汤联合红霉素软膏治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] It is to observe the curative effect that combing Sanren decoction with Erythromycin Ointment treat spleen stomach damp heat type acne.[Method]Using a randomized parallel control method, 60patients（inpatient/outpatient）patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the number of patients with the disease.It is the means of using erythromycin ointment of topical application, ointment, amount, sooner or later each time.A control group of 30 patients were treated with viaminate, 25mg/times, 3 times/d.Treatment group（30cases） were given Sanren Decoction（almonds 15 g, flying talc 18 g, white grass, cardamom, bamboo leaf, Cortex Magnoliae officinalis, 6g, raw coix seed 18 g, Rhizoma Pinelliae 15g）.Toxic heat added gentian;Blood heat added habitat 20 g, Dan, red peony root each 10g;Lesions infection added forsythia, dandelions, violet, each 12g;Seborrhea multiple used raw Yiyiren 110 g, Gase diarrhea, Cassia 35 g each;Lesions in blood mainly rash accompanied by itching added Tribulus terrestris 12 g, wind 6g;Constipation added rhubarb 6g;Irregular menstruation added Angelica, Salvia 12 g each（1/d, decoction 200 m L, sooner or later orally）.Continuous treatment for one week is a course.To observe clinical symptoms, adverse reactions.After continuous treatment for 4 courses, determine the efficacy.[Result]The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The main symptoms of treatment group is better than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Combining San Ren Tang with erythromycin to treat ointment spleen acne, results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
