中西医治疗女性胃癌简况

女性胃癌40岁前,男女比例1.18:1,40岁后,男女比例3.93:1,青年女性较老年女性发病率高;与雌激素代谢等有关,脾胃虚弱是主要病机,西医以辅助放化疗、姑息化疗、靶向联合化疗及手术切除为主,价格昂贵,副反应严重。中医辨证分型以脾气虚型最多,治疗以健脾益气为主,兼以活血、解毒、化痰等。女性以脾为本,辨清"情志""痰结"等不同致病因素,辨证施治联合放化疗或手术,可起到增效减毒作用,延长生存期,治疗同时需兼顾肾虚,合理组方,标本兼顾。表明女性胃癌除了脾虚证之外,肝胃不和证也占一定比例。对女性胃癌预后的中西医结合治疗目前尚无深入研究,值得深入。

There is no further study on the prognosis of female patients with gastric cancer treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
