中风急性期经抢救治疗,病情稳定,渐入恢复期,但仍有半身不遂、口歪、语言謇涩或失音等后遗症,积极治疗并加强护理,可显著提高生活质量。中医药辨证论治,个性化拟定治疗方案,中药汤剂内服、针灸及中西医结合治疗等多手段、多方式施治,可显著改善患者临床症状,恢复肢体运动功能,有效提高生活质量,易于接受,但仍存在如周期较长,治疗和服药尚不十分方便,缺乏同意治疗标准等问题,值得深入研究。
