结构加固用涂刷型粘钢胶伸长率的影响因素研究

摘要 通过调整固化剂种类、增韧剂种类及用量、填料种类及用量、稀释剂用量来研究各组分对结构加固用涂刷型粘钢胶的伸长率的影响。结果表明:聚酰胺类固化剂与环氧树脂形成的胶体伸长率最大,其次是脂环胺,酚醛胺与环氧形成的胶体伸长率最小;在粘钢胶体系中添加液体聚硫橡胶和奇士增韧剂能提高胶体伸长率;填料的加入使胶体的伸长率急剧下降;增加稀释剂用量能提高胶体伸长率;养护21d的胶体伸长率小于养护7d的胶体伸长率。 The influences of curing agent type, toughening agent type and contents, filler type and contents and diluent contents on the elongation at break of the adhesive for steel were studied. The results showed that the epoxy resin colloid cured by polyamide had the maximum elongation, the secondly was by alicyclic amine and the elongation were minimum which was cured by phenolic aldehyde amine. Adding liquid polysulfide rubber and Qishi toughening agent in the adhesive for steel as well as increasing the dosage of diluent would improve the elongation of the colloid; however adding filler would severely reduce the elongation. The elongation of colloid maintained for 21 days was smaller than that for 7days.
