This paper introduces the concept of 5S field management mode and the main contents,methods,procedures and results of the promotion and implementation of 5S field management in the quality inspection department of oil depots under the SINOPEC Guangxi Oil Products Company. Practice has proved that the implementation of 5S field management in the quality inspection department of oil depot can effectively improve the working performance.
