高血压脑出血血肿清除术后并发脑梗死相关因素分析

The related factors analysis of cerebral infarction after the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage hematoma removal surgery

目的:探讨高血压脑出血血肿清除术后出现脑梗死的相关因素。方法:对高血压脑出血血肿清除术后出现脑梗死120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:出院时或出血发病后3个月按GOS对患者进行评估,5级患者19例,4级患者38例,3级患者41例,2级患者13例,1级患者9例。结论:脑梗死是高血压脑出血血肿清除术后常见的并发症之一,改良预防性措施是其改善预后的关键。

Objective：To analyze the related factors of cerebral infarction after the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage hematoma removal surgery.Methods：Cerebral infarction after hypertension cerebral hemorrhage hematoma removal surgery clinical data of 120 patients were retrospectively analyzed,from 2012 to 2015in our hospital neurosurgery.Results：the patients were evaluated at discharge or 3 months after bleeding disease according to GOS,19 cases with grade 5,38 with grade 4,41 with grade 3,13 with grade 2,9with grade 1.Conclusion：Cerebral infarction is one of the common complications of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage hematoma removal surgery,the improvement of preventive measures is the key to improve its prognosis.
