广西火山熔岩离子型稀土矿高效绿色开采的工业生产实践 被引量:2

摘要 广西离子型稀土资源丰富,矿源体以花岗岩类、火山熔岩类为主。火山岩风化壳离子型稀土矿床在广西分布广泛,赋矿地层为凝灰岩、流纹岩等,其结构构造及稀土配分与花岗岩存在差异性。本文以广西崇左六汤山矿区火山熔岩离子型稀土矿为例,开展矿区地质特征和矿石性质的研究,摸清该矿区稀土矿地质特征和矿石品质。通过采取新型网度布井采矿技术、HPDE膜防渗漏收液技术,对原地浸矿工艺技术进一步优化,探索出适合火山熔岩类离子型稀土矿适应性强、资源利用效率高、对环境影响小的绿色高效开采工艺。经工业开采实践,获得了合格的稀土矿产品及理想的工业指标:矿山稀土采矿回收率达到91.30%,稀土矿选矿回收率为93.08%,综合回收率达到81.5%,且矿山复垦恢复率达到90%以上。此研究成果具有较好的效果,对广西乃至国内开采此类矿床的提供很好的借鉴价值。 Guangxi ion type rare earth ore source with abundant resources, granite, volcano lava. Volcano rock weathering crust ion type rare earth deposits are widely distributed in Guangxi, ore formation is tuff, rhyolite, there are differences in the structure and REE and granite. This paper takes Guangxi Chongzuo six soup mountain volcano lava ion type rare earth ore as an example, to carry out research on geological features and ore properties, to find out the geological features of rare earth minerals and ore quahty.By taking the new network of wells mining technology, HPDE anti leakage liquid membrane technology, further optimization of in situ leaching technology, to explore a suitable volcano lava ion type rare earth ore has strong adaptability, high resource utilization efficiency, green and efficient mining technology of small impact on the environment. Through industrial mining practice, access to the qualified rare earth minerals and ideal industrial index : rare earth mines mining recovery rate reached 91.30%, 93.08%, comprehensive recovery rate reached 81.5% and mine reclamation recovery rate reached more than 90% of rare earth ore dressing recovery rate. This research has a good effect, very good reference value for Guangxi and even the domestic mining ore deposit.
