摘要
在云制造环境下,钢铁企业供应链的优化组合控制可以提高企业的智能化管理和经营水平。提出一种基于并行循环筛选组合控制的云制造环境下钢铁企业供应链节点优化组合模型。首先云制造环境下钢铁企业供应链的网络结构模型,构建组合优化指标体系,设计并行循环筛选组合控制算法进行供应链节点的最优部署选择,得到优化组合后的节点分布模型。仿真研究得出,该供应链节点优化组合控制模型具有较好的收敛性能,实现供应链节点的效益最优,提高了企业的智能化管理水平。
In the cloud manufacturing environment, the optimal combination control of the supply chain of iron and steel enterprises can improve the intelligent management and management level of the enterprise. Based on the parallel loop filter combined control of the steel enterprise supply chain node optimization and combination model is proposed. The simulation results shows that the optimal combined control model of the supply chain nodes has better convergence performance, which is more robust to the information fusion on the supply chain of the iron and steel enterprises, and improves the intelligent management level of the enterprise.
