摘要
目的:研究复方黑骨藤对类风湿关节炎(RA)的治疗作用及其作用的分子机制.方法:将实验大鼠分组并建立佐剂性关节炎(AA)动物模型,观察复方黑骨藤低、中、高剂量对AA大鼠足肿胀、体重、器官指数及血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量水平的影响.结果:复方黑骨藤能有效抑制AA大鼠足肿胀,降低胸腺指数,下调AA大鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量水平.结论:复方黑骨藤具有良好的抗RA作用,其作用机制可能与调节免疫器官功能及减少IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的产生,从而达到抗炎消肿和阻止关节软骨破坏的作用有关.
To achieve the anti-arthritic effects and the possible molecular mechanism against rheumatoid arthritis( RA),the Periploca forrestii Schltr. Compounds were studied by observing the changes of paw swelling,body weight,viscera index and levels of interleukin 1β( IL-1β),interleukin 6( IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α( TNF-α) after medication with establishing Freund's adjurant arthritis( AA) rat model. It shows that Periploca forrestii Schltr. compound effectively inhibits articular swelling,decreases thymus index and regulates down the content of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the serum of AA rats by reducing the production of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α as well as inhibiting joint damage.
