随着我国综合国力的发展与国际地位的提高,中医药在世界上的地位也不断攀升,但中医药的现代化与国际化仍存在诸多问题,面临严峻挑战,培养新时代中医人才迫在眉睫。新时代中医人才的培养要注重理论与实践相结合、传承与创新相结合、临床与科研相结合、走出去与请进来相结合,力争培养具有创新能力的国际化中医药人才。

With the development of China＇s comprehensive national strength and international status, the international status of TCM is also rising in the world. But there still are many problems in modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine, and face serious challenges. It is the most important thing to train outstanding talents of TCM in the new era. We should pay an attention to the combination of theory and practice, inheritance and innovation, clinic and research in the training process. At the same time, we should invite the famous experts in the world into our department to train our workers, and send some excellent workers to overseas to receive standard training. Our final aim is to train outstanding talents of TCM who have innovation ability, and have the background of internationalization.
