提升高等中医药院校研究生创新能力的探索

Exploration on Promoting Innovation Ability of Medical Postgraduate in University of TCM

高等中医药院校研究生创新能力培养面临一些新的问题,为提高中医药院校的研究生创新能力,通过探索培养模式(创新培养基地模式、科学制定培养计划)、搭建创新平台、改善科研导向(改善科研评价方式、改善激励机制)、改革导师选拔与培养、改革招生复试制度等一系列措施,来提高研究生的创新能力,探索培养高质量的医学创新人才。

Innovation ability of graduate students in college of traditional Chinese medicine are facing new problems, in order to im-prove the college of traditional Chinese medicine graduate student innovation ability, through exploring the training mode（innovation cultivation base model, scientific training plan）, building innovation platform, improving the scientific research orientation（improv-ing scientific research evaluation and the incentive mechanism）, reforming teacher a series of measures such as selection and train-ing, and reforming enrollment system of second interview, graduate student＇s innovation ability was improved.
