摘要
目的探讨柔性化管理能否减少护理人才的流失,起到稳定护理人才队伍的作用。方法以2011年1月—2012年12月,2年间我院296名护理人员作为研究对象的对照组,以2013年1月—2014年12月,2年间我院302名护理人员作为研究对象的观察组。对照组采用常规医院—科室二级"以规章制度为中心",刚性管理为主的方法,对照组采用"以人为中心",柔性化管理为主的方法。比较前二年与后二年间医院护理事故发生率、两组护士二年内离职率。结果观察组与对照组相比,护理事故发生率、离职率明显降低,二组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用柔性化管理能明显提高护理质量,减少护理差错的发生,降低护理人才流失率,提升护理人才的职业认同感。
Objective To investigate whether the flexible management can reduce the loss of the nursing talents, and to stabilize the nursing talents team. Methods 296 nursing staffs were selected as the control group from January 2011 to December 2012, in our hospital. 302 nursing staff as the observation group from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital. The control group was treated with routine hospital and department two level management systems, " taking rules and regulations as the center", and the rigid management was approach. The observation group was treated with " human centered", and the flexible management was ap-proach. The accident rate of the hospital nursing and separation rate were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with the control group, the nursing accident rate and separation rate of the observation group were significantly reduced, and there were statistical significant differences between with two groups( P〈0.05). Conclusion Using the flexible management in hospital nurse management can significantly improve the quality of nursing care, reduce the occurrence of nursing errors and the loss rate of nursing talents, and enhance the sense of professional identity of nursing talents.
