崔应珉教授从肺论治痤疮验案举隅

痤疮为临床床常见的皮肤,尤其好发于青少年及育龄女性,是一种发生于皮肤毛囊及皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤疾患。导致痤疮的病因复杂多样,五脏六腑之功能异常均可导致,而痤疮之别名"肺风粉刺",说明肺在痤疮致病因素中起关键作用。崔应珉教授临证治疗痤疮时,常注重从肺论治,选用枇杷清肺饮为主方,并注重运用黄芪、党参等补益肺气,加之桔梗杏仁升提肺气,共起开宣肺气、发散腠理之功,临床疗效良好。
