温经助阳中药塌渍疗法治疗老年性骨质疏松症48例疗效评价分析

Evaluation Analysis on Curative Effect of Chinese Medicine Osmosis Therapy of Warming Meridians and Promoting Yang Qi in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis for 48 Cases

目的观察温经助阳中药塌渍疗法治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选择48例老年性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例,2组均给予钙尔奇D片,每日1次口服;治疗组同时给予中药塌渍疗法,每日1次。2组连续治疗12周后评定疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为79.17%和50%。治疗组治疗后疼痛症状积分明显下降,骨密度值提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论温经助阳中药塌渍疗法治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine osmosis therapy of warming meridians and promoting yang qi in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods Selecting 48 patients with senile osteoporosis, they were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group, with 24 cases in each group. The two groups were given Caltrate D tablets orally once a day. The treat-ment group was given additionally traditional Chinese medicine osmosis therapy once a day. 12 weeks after continuous treatment, the effect was assessed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 79.17 % and 50%, respectively.After treatment, the pain symptom scores of the treatment group decreased significantly, and bone density increased. Comparing with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine osmosis therapy of warming meridians and promoting yang qi is effective in the treatment of senile osteoporosis, and it is worthy of clinical application.
