“三风穴”结合舌三针治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹30例

"Three acupoint with Feng" combined with Tongue Three Acupoint in Treating Post-stroke Pseudobulbar Palsy for 30 Cases

目的观察"三风穴"结合舌三针治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹的治疗效果。方法将纳入研究的合格病例共60例,随机分为治疗组("三风穴"结合舌三针组)30例,对照组(常规治疗组)30例。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果两组治疗前后比较洼田氏饮水试验评分均较治疗前下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前后比较吞咽困难评价标准试验评分均较治疗前上升,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "三风穴"结合舌三针治疗方法能够明显改善患者的临床症状,在洼田氏饮水试验评分、吞咽困难评价标准试验评分都得到了很好的体现。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ＂ three acupoint with feng＂ combined tongue three acupoint in treating post-stroke pseudobulbar pals. Methods 60 cases of poststroke pseudobulbar palsy were randomly divided into treatment group（ ＂three acupoint with feng＂ combined tongue three acupoint） of 30 cases and control group（ conventional treatment group） of30 cases. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results Before and after treatment, Watianshi drinking water test scores were decreased comparing with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment, difficulty swallowing evaluation standard test scores increased comparing with those before treatment, and the differ-ence was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ＂ three acupoint with feng＂ combined tongue three acupoint in treating post-stroke pseudobulbar palsy can significantly improve patient＇s clinical symptoms, and the Watianshi drinking water test scores and difficulty swallowing evaluation scale test have been well repressented.
