摘要
针对增压锅炉在紧急降负荷过程中的突然熄火现象,进行增压锅炉装置降负荷特性研究。在一定假设和简化条件下,将增压锅炉装置划分为涡轮增压机组、空气夹层、炉膛、风道系统、烟气系统5个模块,并由此建立增压锅炉紧急降负荷过程的数学模型。利用建立的模型对某型船用增压锅炉装置进行仿真研究。研究结果表明:该型锅炉的最大降负荷能力为49.709%,考虑到必需的安全余量,建议降负荷程度不超过全负荷45%的紧急降负荷。
Focused on the phenomenon of suddenly flameout during the process of reducing the load of supercharged boiler emergently, the down-load characteristics of supercharged boiler were studied. Under certain assumptions and simplifications, supercharged boiler was divided into five modules of turbo-charging unit, air samdwich, furnace, duct system, and gas system, and thus the model of supercharged boiler emergency down-load was established. Based on the established model, a certain type of marine supercharged was simulated. The results show that the maximum down-load capacity of this type boiler is 49.709%, in view of safety margin, giving an advice that the maximum down-load quantity must under 45% of full load.
