摘要
针对流砂层非开挖定向钻进过程中孔壁稳定问题,采用微观分析和实验研究相结合的方法开展了低固相植物胶冲洗液体系的研制。首先,通过室内实验分析了黄原胶(XC)对基浆流变性能及失水性能的影响,并采用扫描电镜对XC进行微观形貌分析。最后,通过标准岩心浸泡实验对XC的防塌性能进行了评价。在此基础上,研制出了适用于流砂层的低固相植物胶冲洗液。研究成果对于保障流砂层快速非开挖定向钻进具有重要意义,同时,在解决其它类似复杂地层的快速钻进方面也具有一定参考价值。
Aiming at the problem of hole wall stability caused by trenchless directional flushing quicksand formations. Combining experimental study with microscopic analysis, low solid vegetable gum (XC) flushing fluid was studied. Firstly, the effect of XC to rheological property and filtration was analyzed through routine experimentation, and the microstructure of XC was analyzed through electronic scanning electron microscopy experiments. At last, the anti-sloughing property was evaluated by soaking experiment. On this basis, the low solid vegetable gum flushing fluid was developed. This result had important significance in the following points: guaranteeing the rapid flushing in quicksand formations. At the same time, handling the problem of the rapid flushing in the similar complex layer, it also had certain reference value.
