在超浅覆土条件下进行顶管施工，由于顶管轴线偏移引起的地面隆起变形风险性很大．处理不当将导致管道和路面损坏，给工程造成巨大损失。通过对上覆土层和管节应力状态进行分析，找到引起地面隆起变形的原因，并在此基础上提出预防和控制建议，从而为类似工程设计和施工提供借鉴。

On the condition of super thin overlying soil, pipe-jacking construction may bring about damage to the pipeline and road and huge losses to the project by improper handling, because the risk of ground deformation and rise is great on account of the axis offset of pipe-jacking. Through the analysis on the upper soil layer and the stress state of single tube, the reasons for the deformation of the ground are found out, and the suggestions of prevention and control are put forward, which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar engineering.
