摘要
目的总结分析腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者的临床配合要点及护理措施。方法对50例全子宫切除术患者的术前、术中及术后临床资料进行分析,总结患者在各阶段的配合方法。结果 50例患者手术均成功,康复出院。结论通过术前充分的准备和术中及术后患者的认真配合及护士细致的护理,腹腔镜全子宫切除术可取得令人满意的效果。
Objective To summarize and analyze key points and nursing measures in clinical cooperation for laparoseopic hysterectomy patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative clinical data of 50 patients in laparoscopie hysterectomy. Cooperation method in every phase was summarized. Results All the 50 cases received successful operation and left hospital. Conclusion Satisfactory effect in laparoseopie hysterectomy can be provided by fully preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative cooperation and nursing.
