浙江省科技报告制度建设的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of the Construction of Zhejiang Scientific and Technical Reporting System

浙江省已于2014年启动科技报告制度建设工作,并将在"十三五"期间建成全省统一的科技报告管理体系,对浙江省科技报告制度建设进行研究探讨有着重要意义。文章简述浙江省科技报告制度建设的基本思路,介绍开展制度建设一年来浙江省工作特色与成效,并建议从以下4方面入手深入推进浙江省科技报告工作:进一步实现与科研项目管理的无缝衔接,推行科技报告规范化管理,建立和完善科技报告质量评价机制,进一步完善科技报告开放和共享机制。

Zhejiang started Science and Technology reporting system construction in 2014. It is to build the province unified management of Science and Technology reporting during the period of the 13th Five-Year, which has important significance to discuss and research the building of Zhe）iang Science and Technology reporting system. This paper describes the basic idea of Zhejiang Science and Technology reporting system construction, introduces the features and performance of constructing the system over the past year in Zhejiang, and propose to further promote the Zhe）iang Science and Technology reporting from four aspects： further implement the seamless branching with scientific research project management; promote standardized management; establish and improve the quality of scientific and technical reports Evaluation Mechanism; further improve the open and sharing mechanism of science and technology reporting.
