摘要
镨钕氧化物的物理性质直接影响其电解生产的稳定性、电流效率、能耗等技术经济指标,因此其物性指标须保持均一恒定,减少波动。通过对镨钕氧化物的比表面积、粒度、微观结构等物理性质的比较,并结合实际生产情况,分析了其物理性质对电解过程的影响,探讨了改进镨钕氧化物物理性质以满足电解要求的措施。
Physical properties of Pr-Nd oxide directly affect its electrolysis stability,current efficiency,energy consumption and other technical and economic indexes.Therefore,its physical properties must remain constant and uniform with less volatility.Through comparison of specific surface area,particle size and microstructure and combination with actual production,the effects are analyzed of physical properties of PrNd oxide on its electrolysis,and improvement measures are discussed for its physical properties to meet the requirements of electrolysis.
