摘要
本文通过对集成电路封装测试行业生产特点进行分析,以降低生产设备宕机时间,延长生产设备使用寿命,提高生产效率为目标,建立生产设备信息模型、分析决策模型,提高生产设备的运维管理水平。该系统已在国内某集成电路封装测试企业实施,提高了该企业生产效率和生产管理水平。
Based on the analysis of the production characteristics of integrated circuit packaging and testing industry,the system can reduce equipment downtime, and extend equipment life. Aiming at improving production efficiency,the system establishes the information model of production equipment, and the model of analysis and decision, so as to improve the operation and maintenance of production equipment. The system has been implemented in a domestic IC packaging and testing enterprise, which can effectively improve production efficiency and production management level.
