摘要 本文论述了3D打印技术与传统熔模铸造相结合的一种新型铸造方法,即以3D打印而成的树脂基熔模替换传统蜡基熔模。熔模由3D打印直接快速成型可以替代传统工艺中制造压型和压制蜡模这两个步骤,打印熔模也可同蜡基熔模一样在脱蜡和焙烧中完全除去。这种铸造方法在一些应用领域有成本低、流程简单、快捷高效和铸件精密度高等特点,在实际生产和科学研究中有很高的实用价值。 This paper deals with a new casting method of 3D printing technology combined with the traditional investment casting,which is to replace the traditional wax pattern based on the resin matrix by the pattern which is made by3 D printing. Producing the pattern by 3D printing rapid prototyping directly can replace two steps in the traditional investment casting,which are producing the pressure type and suppressing the wax,and can erase the pattern founded by printing in dewaxing and baking as in the wax pattern. This new casting method has the advantages of low cost,simple processes,high efficiency and high precision of castings in some application fields,and has high practical value in production and scientific research.
