德州市“水融京津冀”战略研究

Strategic study on Dezhou City for Integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei by Water

《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》将不在京津冀三省(直辖市)范围内的山东省德州市纳入其中,水利是其重要的考量因素。分析了德州水利在京津冀协同发展中的重要地位,立足于供水、防洪和生态治理一体化,提出了德州市"水融京津冀"战略的主要内容及推进措施。

Since water plays a key role in regional development, Dezhou City of Shandong Province which is not within the scope of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiis included into the Outlines for Beijing-Tianjin-HebeiCoordinated Development and Planning. An analysis is made on the important position of Dezhou City for a balanced and coordinated development of the region. Contents of Strategy of Dezhou City for Integration of Beijing-Tianjin- Hehei by Water and relevant measures are proposed with consideration of integrating water supply with flood control and ecological restoration.
