为全面了解和准确把握在经济发展新常态下全国水利系统职工群众的思想状况,进一步增强职工思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,中国农林水利工会在全国水利系统开展了职工思想状况专题调研,并在此基础上分析了影响职工思想的主要因素及成因,对进一步加强和改进水利系统职工思想政治工作提出建议。

A special research and study has Workers＇ Union on awareness of employees been carried out by Agricultural, Forestry and Water Conservancy in the water sector, in order to have a deeper understanding on the situation and find out special topics that most people are interested in. Recommendations are given based on key factors that exert more influence and reasons.
