摘要
从网络预约出租汽车管理规范的价值目标、主体排斥、客体排斥、行为排斥四个方面入手,探讨在网络预约出租汽车管理规范的制定过程中,如何排斥一部分人群和行为,从而有效地保护弱势群体的交通权利,最终实现公共、公平和公正的价值目标。
This thesis will start from the management regulation of online taxi booking, pass through the aim ofvalue, subject rejection, object rejection and behavior rejection. It will study how to reject some groups orbehaviors in the process of drafting the online taxi booking management system, so as to effectively protect thetraffic rights of weak groups and finally achieve the target of public possess, public balance and justice.
