党的统战工作的基本任务就是调动一切可以调动的积极因素,同时创造条件化消极因素为积极因素,达到求同存异、和合发展的矛盾统一状态。新形势下,党的统战工作必须找准突破口,明确化消极因素为积极因素的思路重点,做到长善救失,依靠积极因素克服消极因素;明确以人为本,在践行党的群众路线中不断提升统战工作的科学化水平;推进顶层设计,将统战工作作为社会治理创新的新途径。
