基于程控恒流源的电流互感器快速测试系统的设计

摘要 针对智能断路器制造中互感器精度测试的需求,设计了一种基于数字式程控恒流源的电流互感器快速测试系统。采用程控恒流源输出测试电流,采集待测互感器的响应电流并进行判断;通过上位机和下位机软件,灵活设定互感器测试的电流大小、测试点数、合格判定阈值等一系列参数,自动高效地对互感器进行大批量测试。经过试验,测试系统具有使用方便、输出电流精度高、谐波失真小、采集电流准等优点,适合在实际制造环境中大量应用。 The paper designs an efficient testing system which is based on a program-controlled digital constantcmTent power source,to test the precision of current transformers applied in intelligent circuit breakers. The testingsystem outputs testing cmTent by the constant cmTent power source, and acquires response cmTent from currenttransformers to be tested, to determine their qualifications. The testing system can flexibly setup testing parameterssuch as the cmTent value, number of testing points ,judgement threshold etc. ,via the software of the upper and lowercomputers,and test multiple cmTent transformers automatically and efficiently. According to the experiments, thetesting system is convenient to use, and the output current is of high precision and low total harmonic distortion(THD). It can also precisely acquire response cmTent. Hence,the system design is suitable to be widely utilized inpractical manufacturing applications.
