摘要
SMMWD-3000随钻混合测量系统是应用在钻井工程定向服务过程中的一种新型无线测量设备,此系统井下设备与地面设备通过电磁波或是泥浆压力波的通信方式进行井下测量数据的传输,使一套随钻测量系统具备两种传输模式,即可以同时下井作业、也可分别下井作业。SMMWD-3000混合测量系统既可以体现电磁波数据传输的高实时性、又可以通过泥浆脉冲来弥补电磁波传输深度不足的缺陷,同时两种传输方式同时下井可以提高一次下井成功率。此文从不同角度阐述混合系统的技术特点并给出具体的现场应用数据。
SMMWD-3000 logging-while-drilling(LWD) measurement system is a new type of wireless equipment used in oriented drilling engineering. The communication between its downhole and surface system is achieved by electromagnetic wave and mud pulse wave,which allows the system work in two modes, either simultaneously or independently. SMMWD-3000 system has the advantage of high efficiency of EM-wave transmission, and with mud pulse mode, it also has the superiority of deep transmission depth. Besides, the two transmission modes can improve the success rate of logging in one down trip. The paper presents the technical features of mixed transmission mode and specific field application data.
